Adjunct Professor of Ministry

Scott Field, Adjunct Professor of Ministry, has a D.Min. in church development and evangelism from Asbury Theological Seminary and graduate certification in Organizational Change Management from North Central College in Naperville.  He has been the pastor of Wheatland Salem United Methodist Church in Naperville since 1980.  Areas of special interest include integration of theology and organizational development theory with respect to Christian congregations and leadership.
