Background

Jason Gile is affiliate professor of Old Testament at Northern Seminary. He finds great fulfillment in teaching Christians about the importance of the Old Testament, particularly the theology of God's mission to the world through Israel. His research interests include biblical theology, the book of Ezekiel, and the wisdom literature of the Old Testament. In addition to numerous professional presentations, he has co-edited a book of essays on Deuteronomy and published articles in the Journal of Biblical Literature and in a volume of papers from a symposium on the text of Ben Sira held in Metz, France.
