Kenneth Board
Adjunct Professor of Ministry
Rev. Dr. Kenneth R. Board is the pastor of Pilgrim Baptist Church in Rockford, Illinois. He has taught leadership and administration classes at Northern and formerly at The Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia since June, 1995. He is an American Baptist Board member serving on the finance committee.
Dr. Board is also a church consultant specializing in the areas of conflict resolution, vision casting, and leadership. He is married to Marilyn D. Board, a middle school teacher, and they have five grown children.
