Flint Miller

Dr. Flint Miller joined the Adjunct Faculty of Northern Seminary in 2009 as Professor of Christian Mission.  He and Debbie currently serve as Senior Co-pastors of the First Baptist Church, Moline, Illinois. Prior to that they served with International Ministries, ABC, in the Philippines (2000 – 2008).  He led the Asia Baptist Graduate Theological Seminary (ABGTS) in Baguio City as Branch Director and Associate Dean.  Concurrently, he also served as Professor of Christian Mission for the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary.   Prior overseas service included student ministry in the Republic of Korea (1983-85).

Dr. Miller is a graduate of Baylor University, Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and Asbury Theological Seminary.  He has served as trainer and program director for the Missionary Learning Center of Southern Baptists and the Global Missions Office of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.  Dr. Miller’s teaching specialties include cross-cultural learning and contemporary trends in mission.
