Online classes at Northern Seminary

Getting to class is challenge enough without braving the elements on the way, and who wants to sit in a classroom when the sun is shining? Northern Seminary's online classes allow you to review your class material from wherever you are; so you can cozy up with a hot drink and leave the weather outside or grab your laptop and enjoy class in the sunshine.

Featured Online Class:

Baptist Polity (Summer 2008)

This class will provide a basic overview of Baptist Polity and the ABC context for ministry.
Some of the goals of the course are to understand the life and faith of Baptist polity from a historical, contemporary/practical and theological perspective; to have a basic understanding of black Baptist church polity; to become articulate regarding the inclusion of women in the ordained ministry; and to familiarize oneself with regional and national requirements and processes for licensure and ordination in one’s Karen at Computerdenomination.
