Congratulations, 2010 Graduates!

Saturday, June 5th was a day of celebration! Northern Seminary held its 95th commencement ceremony to honor this year’s graduates. With over 450 guests in attendance, the occasion was a joyous one, in spite of the rain!

Graduation 2010 OverheadGraduation was held at Hammerschmidt Chapel, on the campus of Elmhurst College. Jerry Cain, President of Judson University, was the speaker for the commencement ceremony. Darryl Saffore offered the gift of his incredible singing voice, and the Hope House Choir from Lawndale Community Church also shared their gift of music.

Three very special students were honored for their achievements:

  • Don Winters received Achievement Awards for scholastic achievement
  • Paul Rollet was honored with The Bryan F. Archibald Preaching Award for excellence in preaching
  • Darryl Saffore earned The Ian Chapman Leadership Award for being a model of student leadership
