Request a Transcript

In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, Northern Seminary requires a signed authorization form or letter from any student requesting issuance of their transcript. Transcripts will not be issued on the request of any person other than the student to whom the transcript pertains. Spouses of students, parents of students, or any other third party will not be given access to a student's transcripts unless the student first provides signed authorization. Such authorization may come in the form of a completed transcript request form, or in a letter containing the same information as the transcript request form.

Transcripts will not be issued to or for a student who is indebted to the seminary until the obligation has been met in full. Allow one week for issuance of transcript. The end of a term may require more time. Fees for transcript issuance are as follows:

Fees:

$10.00 for each transcript issued;

Same day issuance $15.00 per copy;

Faxed transcript (with hard copy in mail) $15.00 per copy;

Overnight mail $35.00 per copy.
