Overview
Northern offers several non-degree programs which provide high-quality ministry training and theological study. Admission to the programs does not require a bachelor degree. Each is designed for the person interested in deepening his or her understanding of scripture and how it impacts the work of the church. There are many different concentrations, and you can design a personal course of study that meets your needs.

The Diploma of Ministry is a two-year program that incorporates practical ministry training in preaching, pastoral care & counseling, adult & children's ministries, cross-cultural ministry, worship, urban studies, youth ministry, missional church and evangelism while deepening Biblical and theological understanding. It is virtually identical to the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry in style, approach and content.

The Diploma of Theology is a one-year program which provides a very strong foundation in the academic Chrisitan Heritage. Students study the Old and New Testaments, Theology, Church History, and Christian Ethics.
