Leadership

Are you a gifted leader, ready for ministry training that is focused on enriching your ability to coach, influence, inspire and persuade the people of God to make Christ’s vision for the Church reality?

If so, then you may want to consider pursuing a Leadership emphasis at Northern Seminary.

Northern has developed a variety of specialized leadership-focused courses that are designed to fit the specific interests and needs of students who are ready to be challenged to develop their ability to motivate, shepherd and be an example to others in the journey of Christian faith.

Combined with a comprehensive academic degree program that provides a solid foundation in the study of Scripture, church history, theology and ethics, the Leadership emphasis challenges individuals to engage in and reflect on issues ranging from developing leaders in the church to ethical leadership practices.

Individuals pursuing the Leadership emphasis benefit from Northern’s commitment to personal, holistic ministry training. From the availability of professors to engage in discussion and guide students in discerning their call and understanding course material, to the opportunity to connect with other students on the same path, individuals experience a community that partners with them in their journey toward effective ministry leadership.
