Seminary Administrator (Full-time)

Northern Seminary seeks an effective administrator to serve as Administrator of the Seminary. This person will report directly to the President. This position coordinates HR responsibilities with an external HRO, serves as the primary internal HR lead for staff, and administers the facilities.

Director of Annual Giving (Full-time)

The Director of Annual Giving will be responsible to lead the fund development program. This will include: assisting the President in engaging with major donors; managing a portfolio of up to 200
donors; regularly engaging donors, churches, foundations, and supporters; and drafting and executing the annual development plan. The position reports to the President.
