Christian Competency ModelDescription:

In our churches, we all want to find leaders.  But do you know how to develop them?
Do you have the capacities and capabilities to grow the leaders you have (rather than wishing you had different ones)?

Instead of merely expecting leaders to run programs, expect them to grow—yourself included.

To transform your leadership you must be transformed yourself. In this exciting webinar you will learn how to live in Christ as the context for leading others. And you will learn new ways of leading others from this place in Christ.

In this webinar you will:

Learn how to expand your leadership through

  • personal growth
  • accountability
  • learning agility

Learn how to effectively develop other leaders individually and in groups by

  • Coaching and Mentoring
  • Relating and team building
